  7. This version 1.11a of TommySoftware CAD/DRAW was released on October 20, 1993.
  8. There might be a newer release available today. You can get information
  9. concerning the current version where you got this program from.

  14. The installation process is different depending on the way you received
  15. TommySoftware CAD/DRAW. Please make sure to follow all steps carefully!

  17. 1. If you received TommySoftware CAD/DRAW on disk:
  18.  
  19.    On this disk you can find TommySoftware CAD/DRAW in packed form. In order
  20.    to use this program, you have to unpack and copy it to your harddisk by
  21.    means of the program SETUP.EXE. Set the current path to the disk drive
  22.    containing the disk of TommySoftware CAD/DRAW and the following command:

  25.  
  26.    Then follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

  29. 2. If you downloaded TommySoftware CAD/DRAW from a BBS:
  30.  
  31.    As you are reading this text, you have succeeded in unpacking the file
  32.    TSCD_A.EXE. As a result, you should now have at least the following files
  33.    available:

  35.         ADDRESS.TXT     README.TXT      REGISTER.TXT    OMBUDSMN.ASP
  36.         SETUP.EXE       SHAREWAR.TXT    VENDOR.TXT
  37.         TSCD_A.EXE      TSCD_B.TSX      TSCD_C.TSX      TSCD_D.TSX

  39.    In order to install TommySoftware CAD/DRAW, make sure that all these files
  40.    reside in the same directory or on the same disk. Now set the current path
  41.    to that directory resp. disk and enter the following command:

  43.         SETUP
  44.  
  45.    Then follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
  46.  
  47.    After the installation, you may delete the files stated above. But before,
  48.    please give a copy of them to all your friends! Please make sure, however,
  49.    that you give them all the installation files, and not a copy of the
  50.    installed program. Without a proper installation, the program may not work
  51.    properly on their computer.

  54. Please do ONLY register at your local shareware dealer. He will also answer
  55. your questions concerning TommySoftware CAD/DRAW. You can find his address in
  56. the registration form that you can call with the command HELP > REGISTER.

  62. to TommySoftware via CompuServe 100273,1143. Before sending a mail, you should
  63. download the file TSCDQA.TXT from the GRAPHICS SUPPORT forum (GO GRAPHS) in
  64. Library Section 5, "Paint and Draw Programs". This file contains the current
  65. Questions-and-Answers document build on all previous questions.
  66. In this location, you will also get the answers to your own questions. Due to
  67. this way of answering, your mail will be made public when answered! You should
  68. keep this in mind when creating your mail.
